What exactly does Watchdog alert me about?
When a dataset update contains a verified fee or tax change (each has a source URL and verification date) that moves any of your synced SKUs' margins by more than your threshold — default 1 percentage point — or shifts a saved goal plan's required budget by more than 5%. One digest email, never per-record spam.
